Since 2007, our Managing Partner, Paul O’Donnell has been providing negotiation training and advisory services to help individuals and companies improve their negotiation skills.

Over the years, Paul has had the opportunity to work with both global companies and SMEs across various industries, including finance, technology, and healthcare. This experience has helped us develop tailored solutions, which enable clients to better understand negotiation dynamics, identify opportunities, and ultimately secure better outcomes.

Additionally, we have extensive experience in cross-cultural negotiation, having worked with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds. As a result, we are able to provide clients with a unique perspective that helps them navigate complex negotiations.
